Hands & Voices Liaison Position Available at Parent to Parent of NYS

Parent to Parent has partnered with NYEHDI (New York Early Hearing Detection and Intervention), a program of the NYS Department of Health (NYS DOH), and Hands & Voices of New York to increase the early detection of hearing loss in infants and prompt referral to Early Intervention services. Early detection is essential as hearing loss can affect a child’s ability to develop language and social skills. The earlier children with hearing loss start getting services, the more likely they are to reach their full potential.
