Parent Technical Assistance Center presents the workshop We Said, They Said: Effective Strategies for Collaborating with Your Child's School on Tuesday, Sept. 26 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Effective communication has a positive impact on students, parents and schools. During this presentation, parents/guardians will learn how to communicate effectively with school districts as well as discover the benefits of obtaining and maintaining collaborative relationships with the school.

   

This training is geared towards families of elementary aged children (first through fifth grades). To register click here or call 607-724-2111. Children will have supervised bouncing while adults are in the adjoining room learning information pertinent to their child with special needs. Registration is required.

Our presenters will share valuable information, tips, and strategies. At the end of the day, you will feel ready to work with your child’s school team to meet your child’s needs in a positive, proactive way!
