Study New York State Office of Mental Health (NYSOH) needs your help with the nominations of parents of children with mental health needs who are under the age of 18. They are recruiting family members for both the mental health planning advisory committee and children's subcommittee of that group. The MHPAC meets quarterly and the kids sub-committe meets about 3 times a year. If you are interested contact Marcia Fazio at COODMLF@omh.state.ny.us. Overnites and travel are paid for. Summit Adventures Resolving Behavior Challenges in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) This workshop will present strategies for assessing and resolving behavioral challenges in children with ASD and methods to teach pro-social behaviors and eliminate problem behaviors.
